@andrewor14 , @liancheng , the new commit includes improvement based on
@liancheng 's great work. The main changes are as follows.
1) Improved utils.sh to force scripts which use utils.sh to set usage
function
2) Modified spark-shell, pyspark to enable them to use arguments which
include white spaces
3) Modified java_gateway.py to enable pyspark to use application opts.
