@rxin This is a design decision you need to make. These cases are not from
real customers. I just read the code and find the un-defined behaviors of
`DataFrameReader`. Nothing is critical here. I am fine if you think all the
listed cases we can accept.
The principle of this PR is "_If user inputs are ignored by Spark, we have
to let users know. Any feature we can support need a test case._"
The principle is from the enterprise product I previously worked on. These
enterprise users are very sensitive. Most of them are financial companies. They
do not want any surprise. : )
