[SPARK-16135][SQL] Implement hashCode and euqals in UnsafeMapData
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This pr to implement `hashCode` and `euqals` in `UnsafeMapData` because of
the `==` behaivour of `UnsafeMapData` is different from that of
`ArrayBasedMapData`.
## How was this patch tested?
Add a new test suite `MapDataSuite` for comparison tests.
