To show as an example, I added `trait Optimizable` having `optimizable`
flag.
This is similar with `foldable` or `nullable`. But, it's not a general
concept for all `Expression`, so I made a trait.
Could you take a look at this, @rxin ?
I think `Optimize-Once` is really important to make Spark optimizer faster.
