[SPARK-16375] [Web UI] Fixed misassigned var: numCompletedTasks was
assigned to numSkippedTasks
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
I fixed a misassigned var, numCompletedTasks was assigned to
numSkippedTasks in the convertJobData method
