I think this should follow the semantics of `ProcessBuilder`, which is
"last one wins". Try this out:
```
new
ProcessBuilder("ls").redirectOutput(ProcessBuilder.Redirect.PIPE).redirectOutput(ProcessBuilder.Redirect.INHERIT).start()
```
