[MINOR][SQL][STREAMING][DOCS] Fix minor typos, punctuations and grammar
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Minor fixes correcting some typos, punctuations, grammar.
Adding more anchors for easy navigation.
Fixing minor issues with code snippets.
