sorry I haven't had time to review fully, taking a quick look I think it
would be nice to add at least a blurb to the docs (running on yarn) about how
to use this and pointer to scaladocs for ServiceCredentialProvider and the
spark.yarn.security.credentials.%s.enabled configs and how things get loaded.
We also need to update docs for spark.yarn.security.credentials.%s.enabled.
