Thanks a lot @koeninger for your review, I think it is not so flexible for
Python API to achieve same functionalities as Java/Scala APIs, especially for
things like extended class like as`ConsumerStrategy`. I think we could document
this limitation to the user. Also I think current `ConsumerStrategy` could
possibly cover most of the scenarios.
