[SPARK-16732][SQL] Remove unused codes in
subexpressionEliminationForWholeStageCodegen
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Some codes in subexpressionEliminationForWholeStageCodegen are never used
actually.
Remove them using this PR.
## How was this patch tested?
Local unit tests.
