[SPARK-16858] [SQL] [TEST] Removal of TestHiveSharedState
### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This PR finished the following TODO item:
>Remove TestHiveSharedState. Otherwise, we are not really testing the
reflection logic based on the setting of we are not really testing the
reflection logic based on the setting of CATALOG_IMPLEMENTATION.
Also, this is also associated with the Hive refractoring for removing
`HiveSharedState`.
### How was this patch tested?
The existing test cases
