@shivaram @zsxwing Removed `toUri` and did rebase. 4 new tests from
`DDLSuite` fail. Need some more time to fix them.
@vanzin Could you please check that I don't break your change of `def
warehousePath` in `SQLConf.scala` line 682 from
https://github.com/apache/spark/commit/75a06aa256aa256c112555609a93c1e1dbb1cb4b
