SPARK-2881. Upgrade snappy-java to 1.1.1.3.
This upgrades snappy-java which fixes the issue reported in SPARK-2881.
This is the master branch equivalent to #1994 which provides a different
work-around for the 1.1 branch.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/pwendell/spark snappy-1.1
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/1995.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
