**Question:** Should we support `CREATE TABLE LIKE` on INDEX TABLE?
Hive does support it. However, it sounds like this is not considered in all
the DDL statements, e.g., `SHOW CREATE TABLE`. If we want to support it, we
need test cases for verifying what we did is right. Please let me know whether
we should do it or not.
