added test for location header too and fixed syntax too ( I am bit new to
scala, so thanks for bearing it with me).
Regarding application UI being accessible when accessed directly, in the
current code use case it will not work. As having master to reverse proxy the
application and worker ui indicate that you don't have access to application UI
directly. So I am not sure as this is a valid use case in this scenario.
If you think you do need this to be supported, can you give me use case and
point me as how its is done in yarn mode, I can add code for standalone proxy
mode too then.
