@pwendell Thanks for your feedback. I think I have addressed all your
comments. In particular, I have fixed the precedence order of the various
properties that were relevant and allowed the parameters to be passed as
environment variables rather than as command line arguments. I also came up
with a new name. See if you like it. I do not have access to a test environment
for windows at the moment, so I prefer to defer the fix to another PR.
