Topics are stored in `phi` field `GlobalParameterType` (`GlobalParameters`
or `RobustGlobalParameters` depending whether `PLSA` or `RobustPLSA` is used)
instance that is returned by infer method.
Thank you very much for your second question! Functionality that you are
looking for is usually referred by "folding-in" (as far as I understand you).
Recent commit implements it. See test suits for usage example.
