hi @felixcheung, after I merge master in, I found that `spark.kmeans`,
`spark.naiveBayes`, `spark.survreg`, `spark.isoreg` don't have the `#' @param
... Additional parameters ...
`.

Should all the mllib methods explain the `@param ... `?
