one interesting thing I found during testing was with spark-shell and
dynamic allocation, you can hit the blacklist and then job failure very quickly
because dynamic allocation takes to long (cannot run anywhere due to node and
executor blacklist). Hopefully something we can improve upon later when we tie
it into the backends more.
