Hey @jianran,
Now that we have a JDBC data source in Spark SQL, I'd prefer to redirect
development effort there and not make any changes to the old `JdbcRDD`.
Therefore, would you mind closing this PR and directing future changes towards
the new JDBC data source? Thanks!
