[SPARK-17369][SQL] MetastoreRelation toJSON should not throws exception
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Fix the issue that `MetastoreRelation.toJSON` fails because the parameter
names doesn't match parameter values.
## How was this patch tested?
Unit tests.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
