[SPARK-17142][SQL] Complex query triggers binding error in
HashAggregateExec [BACKPORT 2.0]
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This PR backports #14917 to branch-2.0. It fixes a expression optimize bug
caused by rule `ReorderAssociativeOperator `.
## How was this patch tested?
Add new test case in ReorderAssociativeOperatorSuite.
