    @jerryshao We can i think like if while creating spark context for 
application in its configuration i didnt define app name and at a time of 
spark-submit i also not provide app name then this will give exception where as 
SparkSession behaviour is different and assuming if we are using our 
application on local without spark-submit then we mist provide spark app name 
while creating spark context where as in spark session by default it provide 
random UUID so its more good for spark context we also provide default app name 
random UUID if its not define.
