[SPARK-17757][SQL] Remove CreateNamedStruct[Unsafe]
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This PR removes the `CreateNamedStruct` and `CreateNamedStructUnsafe`
expressions. This only for simplification purposes.
## How was this patch tested?
Existing tests.
