I also want to point out that below is the core part of fix. Rest of the
code changes are side-effects of it.
```
+ // `asScala` accesses the internal values using `java.util.Iterator` so
needs to be synchronized
+ override def value: List[(BlockId, BlockStatus)] = {
+ _seq.synchronized {
+ _seq.asScala.toList
+ }
+ }
```
