- Refactored APIs (see description)
- Added source-specific tests
- Fixed LocalTableScanExec.executeCollect/executeTake not providing
SQLMetrics
- Reverted *Status classes to not be case classes. Instead added pretty
printing, which was my original goal of making them case class.
