Thanks for working on this @bkpathak :) Are you still interested in working
on this? If so can you update this to the latest master and then we can try and
find a committer to take a more thorough look. Thanks for taking the time to
add the regression test @JoshRosen asked you to add and sorry this slipped
through the cracks. (Also if you think its ready to be merged once you update
it should drop the "[WIP]" part of the PR title so reviewers are more inclined
to take a look).
