EdgeRDD/VertexRDD wraps partitionsRDD
e.g. `EdgeRDDImpl.checkpoint()` calls `partitionsRDD.checkpoint()`
EdgeRDD/VertexRDD `isCheckpointed()` method should be implemented the same
way - it should call `partitionsRDD.isCheckpointed`
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
