I mean it seems like you could do a filter with the current functions and
take(1) to get the same effect? Is it a common use case that you want an
exception thrown for a null value rather than dropping them or some other
behaviour? We should loop in the SQL people to see if there is interest in this
(cc @marmbrus ) If so we'll need a bit more work (e.g. tests) and merge in
master. Thanks for working on this :)
