    That's a good point! I agree to keep ```fitIntercept``` as an argument of 
```QuasiNewtonSolver``` constructor, only used for ```NormalEquationCostFun``` 
to accelerate convergence. To ```CholeskySolver``` and 
```NormalEquationSolution```, we can move it out.
