This is rather useful sometimes because you wan tto add some extra tuning
arguments like 'numactl'.
Otherwise it is not even possible to achieve that.
Yes it only works with YARN for now because we have requirements on it.
In future more features may be added to other facilities.
Any idea or potential improvement?
