Sorry if there has already been a discussion on this. Why would any user
want this ? Its great that the engine can preserve cases but its just calling
for user confusion if there columns like "user" and "User" in the same table.
One can say that its a user's issue and they should not create columns with
same name but different case. But there might be different set of people in
different timezones working on the same table.
