I don't think the impurity question is a huge deal because of what you have
pointed out: it's an expert param for GBT.
* Let's put it in group ```expertParam``` in the documentation.
* Removing the Param entirely seems like a good idea for the future. I'd
be OK with deprecating it, to be removed in Spark 3.0. (We probably should not
remove it earlier since I bet a fair number of people set it b/c of copying
decision tree examples.)
