    This is definitely an issue as Vector/SparseVector/DenseVector is mapped to 
environment in R, and within the DataFrame, environment is hard to operate with.
    
    It might likely be how serde/type mapping is handling this but from my 
digging so far I haven't pinpointed where and how we fix this. It could be 
separated into another JIRA though.
    
    I'll look at the rest of this PR today.
