Concretely, I propose renaming
```
TableFileCatalog => MetastoreFileIndex
ListingFileCatalog => InMemoryFileIndex
MetadataLogFileCatalog => MetadataLogFileIndex
PrunedTableFileCatalog => PrunedInMemoryFileIndex
```
I think this would make the differences between these classes more clear.
Previously, the name was only loosely tied with their behavior.
