@srowen @HyukjinKwon I can submit PRs to add the argument sections and cc
you to review. However, I might not submit a huge PR for adding all of them in
the same one. Like what I said before, I would like to add the arguments with
the corresponding test cases, which can help reviewers understand whether the
argument types are right. In addition, it can also capture the potential
changes that could affect the external users.
Of course, if @HyukjinKwon wants to do it, I also can review it at my best.
