Also - I know we are talking about starting to cut the 2.1 branch soon, I
think it would be really good (if its possible) to get this PR in 2.1 so we can
get feedback on the PySpark pip artifacts and then for 2.2 or 2.1.1 we could
add the publish to PyPi component.
