For what it's worth I've published the artifacts to PyPI test without
warning or error. But it's possible we are close to a boundary for file size in
which case getting an exemption in advance sounds good (probably as part of
SPARK-18128)
@nchammas - I'm traveling a bit on sunday so if you run into any problems
