@rxin After looking at the `CountMinSketch`, I have a question:
It supports point queries, i.e., given a value, return its frequency. Can
we get all distinct values from it? What we want is (value, frequency) pairs.
If we only support point queries, how can we estimate selectivity of predicates
like col < 100 and col > 50?
