I looked the `qpdf` warning is from a fairly strict
[check](https://github.com/wch/r-source/blob/tags/R-3-3-2/src/library/tools/R/check.R#L325)
- I don't see a way around it other than getting qpdf on the system (it's a
tool, not a R package).
