Do you have any data on a job in which disabling shuffle compression helps
with performance substantially (especially with sort-based shuffle in which the
number of concurrent streams is low)? In all cases I've seen, compression
improves performance. I'm not sure if we should keep two options to satisfy an
extremely rare corner case.
