Hmm. Ur, @HyukjinKwon , maybe, the Spark script might not work like that I
mentioned.
Anyway, in that case, the committer should backport these 6 commits
separately instead of this PR.
For this issue, I think we can talk about later (when it's needed). What I
want is just having these 6 commits in `branch-1.6` if possible.
