I saw several PRs time to time to run automatic Jenkins tests. So, I
_think_ it is fine to keep this open and push some commits/run some tests to
detect the failure tests if you are proceeding this further and it is not
intended to make many ignored tests merged.
If this PR is not supposed to be updated like few weeks, I _think_ it is
reasonable to close this for now.
