It sounds like some of the failures aren't just due to tests, but due to
some functionality that doesn't work on Windows? or do I misundesrtand it?
It still may be the right thing to do to disable these tests so that the
rest of the tests are a little more meaningful for Windows, but if that's
right, then, this is disabling tests that point out things that don't work,
which is a bit funny.
