actually I dont have any problem with it
I just think its is already a new version and that's not this PR nor I
means to do
another point is I can not think of any usage of streaming in history
server for any one even in the furture.
its logically impossible:
in order to make use of the history server you need to stop your application
and stream pretty much means never end
I will rather leave the implement to those who needed. highly doubt if
there any though.
It will be a lot simpler to just agree streaming will never use history
server and implement them separately
at least for "the current version"
