[WIP] [SPARK-17076] [SQL] Cardinality estimation for join based on basic
column statistics
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This is a WIP PR.
Currently we support estimation for inner equal join, will support outer
join, left semi join afterwards.
## How was this patch tested?
Just a simple test case. More tests need to be added.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/wzhfy/spark joinEstimate
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
