That's a good question. I'm going to defer to @shivaram on this, since he
knows more about how this interacts with the other components of the EC2 setup.
I believe that we should wait until the corresponding changes to the
`spark-ec2` repo have been made (and if we do bump it up, I don't think it
should be bumped to 1.2.0-SNAPSHOT).
