    oh you doesn't need to do this, just update the 
`project/MimaExcludes.scala` to add something like 
`ProblemFilters.exclude[DirectMissingMethodProblem]("org.apache.spark.sql.SQLImplicits.newDoubleSeqEncoder")`.
