Yes that's a problem... Then how about still using your code and adding a
method `refreshStats()` in `SessionCatalog` which calls invalidateStatsCache()
for every cached table, and we call catalog.refreshStats() when cbo related
conf is set? I'm assuming cached table is the only place where logical plans
are shared, please correct me if I'm wrong.
