Thanks for the update. By "specify the storage level via a Param," I meant
a public ```Param``` type in the the GBT API. Can you please check out other
Params for examples and update this?
Also, in terms of other improvements, there are always lots of improvements
to make to algorithms, but let's discuss other topics on JIRA or the dev list
instead of here on Github. Also, please search for existing JIRAs since some
improvements may already be listed.
